A weird dream

I like listening Chinese talk show on YouTube to help myself falling into sleep, and was doing exactly that the other night, and started dreaming myself in my son’s elementary classroom. The teacher was giving lecture about geometry, functional equation, calculus and The Diamond Sutra (The Vajracchedika-prajna-paramita Sutra). I was so confused but managed myself listen through the whole thing until my younger kid disrupted me and asked me to play Rubik’s cube with him.

Then I woke up, and found myself on my bed with my cellphone playing Calculus Lecture of University of Taiwan. I had to spend another half hour on bed rewound the video couple times to review parts I didn’t understand, and Googled The Diamond Sutra and its relation with calculus.

If I had same kind of dreams all the time when I fell into sleep, I would be on Mars by now eating Mars Potato Chips while reading The Diamond Sutra.
